Spring Gathering - 2004
Shundahai Network is very honored to have provided camp logistics and staffing for the 2004 Western Shoshone Defense Project Spring Gathering.
The Shundahai Network supports the Newe (Western Shoshone) struggle to preserve Newe Sogobia, the Western Shoshone homeland. Shundahai Network resources and personnel are dedicated to serving this struggle in any way we are called and are capable.
Shundahai Network conducts our activities within three main campaigns: Environmental Justice Now, Action for Nuclear Abolition, and Nuclear Free Great Basin. Affiliate support for the Western Shoshone Defense Project is conducted within Shundahai Network's Environmental Justice Now program area. Shundahai Network wishes to thank Jimbo, who also put in a lot of work helping to set up the big tents and offered a strong hand to camp logistics.

Western shoshone Grandmother Carrie Dann addresses the gathering. Carrie bears powerful testimony to the ongoing struggle to protect Newe Sogobia, the Western Shoshone homeland, from continuing destruction and encroachment. Shundahai Network is honored to support this struggle.
